Questions Patients Often Ask Us
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome. That said, booking ahead usually means a shorter wait and a slightly more predictable visit — worth it if your schedule allows. Do note that a few specialised consultations require a prior appointment.
Do you offer cashless treatment or insurance tie-ups?
We currently do not have a cashless facility or direct insurance tie-ups. We’re happy to help with your reimbursement claim, though — our team provides accurate, detailed bills and treatment summaries for your insurer.
How soon will I see my test results?
Through our patient portal, usually the same day. You’ll get a notification the moment your report is ready, and our staff are always happy to help if you run into login trouble.
Can I request a particular doctor?
Yes — just mention it when booking. We’ll do our best to match you, depending on their availability and what your visit is for.
